All Elusive Muse Jewelry sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are available for damaged items only.
If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, the customer must email their concern to: email@example.com, within 7-days of delivery to receive pre-authorization for an exchange.
Once pre-authorization is received, please send the item to:

Elusive Muse Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges if items are not in their original condition and the damage is not a result of quality or craftsmanship.
Please do not send back purchases until you have corresponded with an Elusive Muse Jewelry representative and received pre-authorization.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The sender is responsible for tracking the return and paying all associated shipping costs for all products sent back to Elusive Muse Jewelry.
We do not offer exchanges for any reason past 7-days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same packaging it came with, and with all original tags attached.
Items not in its original condition, that are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 7-days after delivery are non-refundable or exchangeable.
